Description: At APS timing is everything…in fact, it’s all we do.
For more than 13 years, we’ve been dedicated to developing time tracking software to meet the needs of today’s law firms.
Though firms’ business and technology needs have changed dramatically over the years since we first developed our time entry software, one thing has remained constant – our commitment to meeting those needs. This intense focus allows us to deliver the most comprehensive timekeeping software available.
Whether you’re an attorney, a legal assistant, a firm administrator or a law librarian, we’ve considered your specific needs and have developed solutions that fit the way you work.
Regardless of where you’re working – in the office, in court, at home, at a client site – we’re focused on providing the most current and complementary technologies. Regardless of which APS product you choose, DTE® for time entry, RollCall® for staff time and attendance, or LookUp® for research tracking and cost recovery, you’ll benefit from the APS Difference, which is another word for our commitment to:
· Flexibility – We embrace change.
· Performance – We like being predictable.
· Simplicity – We don’t complicate the process.
· Responsiveness – Our people care.
That’s why we’ve earned more than 500 customer organizations and 75,000 users worldwide, including more than 50 percent of the AmLaw 100.
Solution Name: DTE InHand for BlackBerry
Solution Description:
DTE® InHand™ for BlackBerry® allows attorneys to easily capture time-based billable activities and expenses information while working outside of their office. DTE InHand lets users record complete validated time entries from their BlackBerry devices without having to enter additional time entry data on their desktop. Timekeepers can quickly select various codes such as date, client name, matter and task codes. Attorneys precisely track hours by using the start/stop timer which automatically selects incremental fraction based rounding according to client and matter configurations in their billing system. Time entries are automatically sent wirelessly to DTE Enterprise to be queued for transfer into the firm's time and billing system.
